Pleasing Property Co., Ltd. was founded by Mai, a former veterinarian with a lifelong interest in property. Before entering the real estate industry, she worked in an animal hospital and later in sales for a veterinary pharmaceutical company.

After buying her first home without sufficient knowledge of property selection or financial planning, Mai encountered a series of challenges throughout the years of ownership.

As she learned to resolve each issue, she began helping others navigate similar property-related problems—and what started as a side profession gradually became her true calling.

She eventually left her full-time career to establish her own property company and pursued further education to strengthen her ability to guide and support her clients.

Mai approaches property challenges much like a doctor approaches a patient: identifying the underlying cause before recommending the right solution. Combined with her sales experience, this allows her to uncover the distinctive qualities of each property and communicate its value through professional photography and thoughtful descriptions that inspire prospective buyers and tenants to arrange a viewing.

Her belief in well-being properties also comes from personal experience. Living in a shophouse with a windowless bedroom often left her feeling low and mentally drained. In contrast, spaces filled with natural light, greenery and fresh air made her feel refreshed, happier and more inspired.

This became the foundation of Pleasing Property’s commitment to curating and renovating well-being properties designed to support a better quality of life.

Guided by the principles of Biophilic design, we select and create homes that foster a meaningful connection with nature through natural light, cross-ventilation, fresh air, views of greenery or water, the calming sound of water, and interiors enriched with plants and natural materials.
